This marks TWICE’s first musical venture of 2024, breaking their year-long hiatus since the release of “READY TO BE,” their 12th mini-album in March 2023. If you’ve been eagerly waiting for new TWICE music, this is the moment you’ve been waiting for!

The pre-release track, “I GOT YOU,” is not only a treat for the ears but also continues TWICE’s trend of English releases. Following in the footsteps of hits like “The Feels” (2021) and “MOONLIGHT SUNRISE” (2023), both of which secured spots on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart, “I GOT YOU” promises to be another chart-topper.

In an official statement from JYP Entertainment, TWICE’s agency, the details about the pre-release track were revealed. Described as a song with “a straightforward drum pattern and the harmonious vocals of all nine members,” it seems like “I GOT YOU” will be a perfect blend of rhythm and soulful singing. The agency also emphasized that the lyrics authentically convey the enduring friendship and love among TWICE members, giving fans a deeper connection to their favorite K-pop group.

As if the musical comeback wasn’t exciting enough, TWICE is currently in the midst of their successful world tour, “TWICE 5TH WORLD TOUR ‘READY TO BE.'” The tour, which started in Seoul in April 2023, has seen the group deliver memorable performances at prestigious venues worldwide. From Yanmar Stadium Nagai in Osaka to Ajinomoto Stadium in Tokyo, Japan, and even gracing the stages of SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles and MetLife Stadium in New York, TWICE has left an indelible mark in the history of girl groups.

But the excitement doesn’t stop there. TWICE has big plans for 2024, including performances at large venues across the globe. In February, they’ll be rocking Mexico City’s Foro Sol, followed by shows at Allianz Parque in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas in March. The energy will continue in July with performances at Yanmar Stadium Nagai in Osaka and Nissan Stadium in Yokohama, Japan. TWICE is taking their global domination to new heights, and fans around the world can’t wait to be part of the experience.
